Really? You're quoting Manly P Hall? Are you kidding me? He was also the author of a masonic curiosity, The Lost Keys of Freemasonry in 1923, more than thirty years before he joined a lodge. The preface of later editions states "At the time I wrote this slender volume, I had just passed my twenty-first birthday, and my only contact with Freemasonry was through a few books commonly available to the public.

@Slingblade347 I love that book! Great art and a lot of cool readings. I don't claim to be master of the world. Many men join lodges for different reasons. Mine do not include running the world or killing anyone. I also never claimed to be Christian. I do enjoy reading about all religions though. Theological debates are interesting to me. Except with people who cling to dogma or believe that any religious book is 100% truth. Many paths up the same mountain.

@Slingblade347 Lucifer is a Roman name, which means light bringer. It is also a way Jesus was described. I personally don't believe in the resurrection because Rome never took anyone off of a cross. They waited until the birds pecked out the eyes of the vicitims. It usually takes a week to die on the cross and no one ever had a Roman soldier guard it. I don't discount other's faith but I base mine on history. Lucifer, or Satan, was a Babylonian king if you do your homework.
