u cant LEARN ballet froma video u cant do anything from a video on ballet if u wanna learn ballet and i mean REAL ballet go to a prop ballet school and learn there! u cant do anything until u try it

Yes. It is a fouette >.> The title says nothing about "fouette-turn. "What she did was a "fouette saute" and "fouette releve" Perfectly legitimate. Relax and go learn some more ballet terms!
