LOL Houston was nothing like this show portrayed it. Even in the late 80s Houston was full of Blacks and Hispanics. Also Texan attire was very rarely seen worn in the city and never by any HPD officers that I ever remembered. You may have seen a few people wearing cowboy boots, but that's about it.

Man! I have not seen and heard this opening theme at least for 18 years - since it was broadcasted for the 1st time here on Czech TV back in 1993...

I use to love this show. I loved Levi Lundy (Michael Beck). I wish it would come out on DVD. I would definitley be first in line to buy it.

Hey, thanks for posting, it's been almost 20 years since i last saw an episode, i wish the studio would release the first season on dvd.
P.S. My boyfriend got pissed off when i watched this show, he knew i had a crush on Michael Pare, what a hunk, looked alot like Grant Show from Melrose Place.
