"I was playing in the Welsh folk orchestra 'Clerorfa' on Mayday 2010 in the Wales Millennium Centre. Going into the corridor during a rehearsal, I could also hear a Breton Band of pipers and drums in the next room. This tune, (Calan Mai means Mayday celebrations in Welsh) captures some of the energy, fun and cross rhythms that occurred on that occasion."
