5'10 is 1.78m exacly on the measuring tape...and 1.80m is 5'11 with shoes on...close to 6 foot...just maybe +-1cm differernce

@daansondag its like 85% natural 20% hard work with weights and plyo training.
So if you trained properly and have like a 40 inch vertical, its probably 34 inches naturally and 6 inches added on by training hard
