Alright, so I *LIKED* the Diamond Head Game. I wouldn't go as far as game show guru Fred Wostbrock to put it in my top 50, but at least if I'm insane then so is he, so there!
Nonetheless, Bob Eubanks got to commute to paradise to tape this show with a gorgeous model and yet he still mentioned 13 years later on Card Sharks that he was ashamed of it. Oh well. Of course, that was before he hosted shows called Infatuation and Family Secrets. Then again, if I had to wear the shirts he that wore during the series, maybe I'd be ashamed too.
Anyway, here's a clip of the infamous money booth!
@cartoongameshowman Not really because when this aired, TPIR offered fur coats as prized.

Not bad. I didn't know CPT syndicated this game show.

He probably knows how Gene Rayburn felt when he hosted Break the Bank '85.

The problem with this show is that it's built entirely around one minor selling point- the location. Apart from that, there's really not much of a game. (Not to mention, those podiums they used in the first round were awful.)

The announcer on "The Diamond Head Game" was Jim Thompson.

I said it before and I'll say again, if Bob Barker saw that fur coat, he'd be angry.
