Let's Play Paper Mario TTYD (100%) 72 - Art of the Dish

This video is a compilation of 4 hours of gameplay filtered down to 37 minutes. I cook every recipe in Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, including some recipes that aren't part of the main recipe list.

Boo's Sheet (Repel Cape + Point Swap)
~Makes user invisible for two turns
~Cheaper to buy Repel Cape and Point Swap than Boo's Sheet (and can be done earlier as well)

Inky Sauce (Hot Sauce + Tasty Tonic)
~Heals 30FP
~Very cheap to make (12 coins)

Healthy Salad (Horsetail + Turtley Leaf)
~Heals 15 FP and cures poisoning
~Free to make
~Used to make Zess Deluxe

Shroom Steak (Mushroom + Life Shroom)
~Heals 30HP and 10FP
~Used to make Zess Deluxe
~Does take a Life Shroom to create (expensive to buy, easy to find at Riverside Station)

Zess Deluxe (Healthy Salad + Shroom Steak)
~Heals 40HP and 40FP
~Best healing item that doesn't cost 400 coins

Jelly Ultra (Ultra Shroom + Jammin' Jelly)
~Heals 50HP and 50FP
~Best healing item in the game
~EXPENSIVE

Meteor Meal (Shroom Fry + Shooting Star)
~Heals 7HP and gives HP regeneration
~Benefits of HP healing and regeneration
~Does take a Shooting Star to create (a little expensive)

Poison Shroom (Point Swap + Slow Shroom)
~Poisons User (unless you are wearing a certain badge)
~Drops HP in half -OR- Max's HP (greater chance to drop HP in half)
~Best theoretical healing item at 200HP, or 999HP

Trial Stew (Couples Cake + Poison Shroom)
~Yields incredible results
~Use with caution [Disclaimer, I am not responsible for any gameovers caused by use of this item]
~Strange to create

Zess Tea (Golden Leaf)
~Heals 20FP
~Free to make (long trek to Creepy Steeple for leafs)

Zess Dynamite (Coconut Bomb + Egg Bomb)
~Deals 7 damage to all enemies
~Damage is explosive
~Looks pretty cool. Think I'll finish off a boss with it.

Shroom Steak is cheaper to make with Life Shroom + Dried Shroom.

Shroom Broth only lasts for five turns, and it softens you. A lot of these recipes have additional side-effects that you only find out if you try them in battle. Spicy Pasta also gives you a +1 charge.

You can make all the pasta dishes with one pasta. This is the order: Spaghetti, Koopasta, Spicy Pasta, Ink Pasta.

The electro pop will electrify you, unless you're wearing Feeling Fine, so it still gives you the Volt Shroom effect.
