Put the money into the school system? The collectivist indoctrination of public schools is almost the number one reason why Americans are so fat, lazy and stupid. Public schools are the LAST place you should look to correct what ails the US.

I feel for you Chicagoans. I know this means a lot to you and you're more than ready and qualified to host the games. But there's always a next time. Rio and Beijing tried it many times and suffered many heartbreaks before nailing it. I am sure you'll get it someday and soon. Don't beat down on yourselves. Chicago is still a great city.
