  • @kathleenfanson  Very true Kathleen. Developing your core, particularly during your period when you have endo is a really bad idea.

  • Yoga does help me with dealing with the pain from Endo. Thanks for posting the video.

  • there no way i could no that when im in pain from endo, the legs up and deep breathing yes,but crunches no way you want to relax to muscles,they are already contracting, and inflamed, but you are right about legs up, it works best with cold air blowing on your legs

  • This would probably work well for menstrual cramps also.

  • If you're going to educate on how to releive the symptoms of ENDOMETRIOSIS then you might want to learn how to pronounce it!

  • i will try this....thankyou. i disagree in all western medication for endometriosis.
