What surplus that she gave to us? If your talking about the $1200 energy rebate that was tagged onto our dividend your wrong, that came out of our state's oil income budget, something that even we pay for, with our highest gas prices in the nation.

The surplus you gave to Alaskan residents was my Federal tax dollars that was given to Alaska to build a bridge.
Stop lying to people and making them believe you distributed an Alaskan surplus when you know go and well that money came out of every working American's pocket.
If Alaska has a surplus why does Alaska need more Federal tax dollars every year?
