But certainly much worse things would exist without religion. An atheistic world is a fear world. I'm pretty sure that those who commit evil in the world in the name of God are atheists. Because if they believed, they wouldn't do such things. I'm seeing the atheistic world through the prism of terrorists, greedy bankers, warriors and murderers. No moral value because moral plays no role with atheism.

Much as I like Dawkins, he's not entirely right here. A lot of things he mentions are down to politics and nationalism (another cancer of this world).
