maybe so... but from piano teachers pov it is just wayyyy out of context rhthyms are different dynamics should go along with the harmonies and the chor progression, but his doesn't... unfortunately, some like it, but many doesn't
Lol and my teacher told me not to put this much emotion into playing it cuz its an etude. @_@ He missed a part near the end but holy crap its still like 50x better than my performance.
I saw Lang Lang play this in Taipei last week, and I have never been so moved by a performance. I have read many adverse comments about him, but I believe he plays with great passion from the heart.
