No longer will joint pain stop you from enjoying the high intensity workouts you love. You can Pre - Order Cathe's new workouts starting May 1st as either a Limited Edition DVD set (one DVD case will hold all of the DVDs in the set) o r as digital downloads. You can also order the standard Low Impact set which does not include Cycle Max or order the Deluxe set which does.
