Let's Play Donkey Kong 64 - #3. Jail Breakin', Rhino Smashin', and Barrel Blastin'

I left you guys on a bit of a cliffhanger last time with the battle arena. In this video, we actually do it and get a bunch of other stuff done in the process, pretty much getting all of Donkey Kong's stuff done in Jungle Japes. In the next video we will work with our newly rescued ally, the pimpin' chimp Diddy Kong.

It's just a video game love....if this was real life, I would preserve them and let them live because I know that is what you would have wanted. At least you can look at the bright side in that these enemies come back to life after a few seconds. :O

@SlimKirby I like that you keep mentioning how you're definitely going to be going for all the collectables in this game; I appreciate completionism because, in my mind, it represents experiencing the game to its fullest, the way I believe the developers intended. After all, they put it in the game, so why not take the time to see it for yourself? I respect your completionist attitude because it's like showing off how much you like the game and gives respect to the creators. Awesome work, Slim.

The one annoying for me in this game was the use of colors. I'm color-blind so I did have trouble telling a difference between Red & Green items, blue & purple.

Good job slim! The noise the beavers (or gnawties as the comments say) gets real annoying,doesn't it?
