Lloyd & The Fellas (part 6)

Lloyd & the Fellas (w/ John Fink: vocals) at Kalamazoo Public Library, Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Lloyd & the Fellas met at folk festivals, in sister circles and among gardens in Michigan, assembling live in February 09. The Fellas are a fun time: great for little ones, young hip things, middlers and elders alike. These folks are the ringleaders of a journey through varied sounds: jumpy banjo-y joyful songs; tunes for healing; aching songs that swell with unhurried intensity. The Fellas are Elisabeth Pixley Fink (Lloyd!): lead vocals, piano, charango, guitar, Samantha Cooper (Slam!): vocals, violin, mandolin, feet, Ira Cohen (Iree!): vocals, banjo, guitar, hand puppets, Matt Hollander: drummer boy, hand clapper, Joel Pixley-Fink: bass bumper.
