  • @Squeaky4CC Why do you jump to conclusions like this ? This is racist and ridiculous. Where you are from and what you look like doesn't make you good at anything. There's so many counter examples to what you just said there I don't think I have to mention any. If you are bad at something, it's simply because of a lack of motivation and consistency.

    Moral of the story : go training.

  • @Squeaky4CC u left out hockey for whites... whites are good at basically everything... there isn't really an absence of them in anything except maybe soccer

  • Caucasians = crap at any sport besides tennis, snooker and golf.

    Blacks = awesome at most athletic sports and body building.

    Caucasian eastern europeans = awesome at power lifting and boxing.

    moral of the story is life sucks

  • Crossfit is always hard, but this workout is a little over the top in my opinion. I would cut it to 3-4 rounds for a beginner.
