@donkeypups Oh and I don't really know the speficfic terms used for finding peeps on IRC. Also we manage to have enough friends to get 10 players so we just pug with each other. Everyone is new to cs.

@donkeypups Pug stands for pick up game. It's to grab a bunch of players or friends and do a game similar to scriming. Though scriming is clan vs clan or more of the competitive side.
Anyway to find pugs or scrims, you will have to use IRC (internet relay chat) and go to the 1.6/css channel and spam people if they are interested. This is very annoying and i don't do it, I let my friends do it. Also CS GO will remove IRC to have match making, can't wait!
