And now, over a year later, there are almost twenty dispensaries in the Spokane area and the local prosecutor can't decide if he even wants to charge the latest owner/prohibition victim 'til he sees' how the Stevens and Shupe cases turn out. They're still tryin' to squeeze out a plea deal with the victims so a jury never hears their story. At this point the govt. is very worried about juries seeing through their bull. Get on juries and NULLIFY.

Some good news... The violence and overall ridiculousness associated with prohibition is/are?? on their way out! - The laws and attitudes regarding this drug are changing one state at a time ;-)

State needs to do a better job on Medical Marijuana policies. Sad that patients have to still go to the streets for Cannabis.
