Betty Boop and Bimbo in a Fleischer Studios Screen Song ("bouncing ball" cartoon) from 1932 featuring Arthur Tracy, "The Street Singer of the Air."

This has been posted elsewhere on YouTube in an abridged version that lacks the bouncing-ball segments; this version should be complete.

An appearance by Arthur Tracy 25 years later on "I've Got a Secret" can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpfU8o-nFCY
