Youtube won't let me post a link to his website, but I suggest you google him and check out his tour dates (and great records!) to see if he's going to attend!

I'm almost 100% sure he won't be there. Almost no professional musicians ever attend the festival. Its very small and run by John Hurt's granddaughter. I am playing there this year. But the folks in Avalon would go nuts if this guy played there. They'd love it.

You're right, he won't be there. His tour schedule says he'll be at the Mariposa Folk Festival in Ontario July 4th. But give him a heads-up, maybe he'll make plans to attend in the future? And cheers to A MJ John Hurt Festival!
