Meade shot this video on October 17, 2011 at the WI State Assembly Committee on Colleges and Universities hearing on the Center for Equal Opportunity's report accusing the University of Wisconsin of race discrimination. The witness Clegg maintains that the undergraduate program and the law school use race in admissions in a manner inconsistent with the Supreme Court's interpretation of the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
