Right on! Im tired of these pricks who dont remember Duchamp, Rembrandt (who had a huge team of assistants that did his work) and Picasso whom I love but had peoples hands on almost all of their stuff. Picasso started using new media (video) towards the end of his life which takes technicians, producers, etc... These pukes would (and do) sell their ass for a part of the recognition that Koons and Warhol have had and they wouldnt do it for free, although they would have you believe so.

Though he doesnt make his work, he does direct it and plans it out. I don´t like his way of working but in order to be new in art today you have to co/operate with people to make influential work. Because in painting itself, we have done all things you could do with it, tthe next step is new media, and he goes that far. Saying he´s a pretentious rich bastard, is out of the question. don´t become jealous because he has the moeney to produce such works, as the diamond skull.

Thank you. finally some sensability. Like it or not, it is and was concieved fom his mind much like a film director or composer or architect. Many hands go into the labor but it would of never came to be if it wasnt for the Artist him/herself.
