i tried to break a board last night. i got it on the first try. Maybe you're just a pansy or something.

You guys so you know need to put force behind your strikes. What I saw was simply a guy using his elbow joint a lone to break some decently thick piece of wood. Next time do it like you would if you wear swinging a baseball bat. Plant your feet allow the kinetic energy build threw your hips. Into your upper body and let all that built up force go right to your hand and follow threw. Try on a thinner board to work your way up. Don't start on a piece of wood that thick or you'll break a bone.

you dont hit the board but you hit throught it , you dont stand in front of the board but next to it .... see how i did this on my vid .... if you attempt some martial art school you will find this a lot easier .

Your afraid you didnt put your full power into it and in physics if the energy isnt breaking the board all of it will turn back and hurt your hand..try a thinner board and dont do a side chop most white belts do reverse punches

dude the board wont break if you are afraid of breaking your hand. I cant break it either cus i admit i am afraid of breaking my hand, and when i get over it, i still dont have the enough strength to break it.
