An Inner City Guide To Surviving The Credit Crunch is overloaded with fabulous non-traditional and common sense tips for living during the credit crunch crisis. It is a humorous and quirky look at how a South London woman survives in her daily urban environment by making something out of nothing.
Winsome 'Lyrical Healer' Duncan lives in London, England and has been writing for over 20 years. Her debut book 'The Food Spiral' is a personal collection of 21 poems about overeating, negative self-image and social conformity. An Inner City Guide To Surviving The Credit Crunch is her second title from The Healing Factory Publications. Winsome's stage persona is 'Lyrical Healer' and her craft includes performance poetry, singing, song writing, artist consultancy, celebrity interviews and hosting.
