Joe Biden asked a Kopp's Frozen Custard stand owner how much he owed him while campaigning with Russ Feingold. The owner responded, "Nothing, just lower our taxes." Biden ignored him and walked away.

Sucktastic - fail? The only failure here is:

1) the government's failure to not reduce taxes and the capital gains tax to businesses.

2) the government failure known as the "stimulus". Unemployment at 10% dude. What did Obama promise? Unemployment would not get above 8%. But I guess we blame that screw up by Obama on Bush as well.

He still had desires to gain and utilize WMD's and we know he had used them in the past. The intel used was from both Clinton and Bush's administrations.
