CHICKEN NICKELODEON

Link Nickelodeon @ Music House Museum in Acme Michigan This one is my favorite! As you can see, there is a chicken in stained glass. Apparently this Nickelodeon was in a fire and saved. See that stuff at the top, that is the paper that plays the music. It's punched with holes that tell it what notes to play. It works on air bellows. Very neat. That paper takes an hour and a half to play through. It has little fingers in there to guide it so it doesn't get tangled up. I wish I could have got a longer video but there were other people who wanted photos and to get up and see it. Maybe I'll try to go back on a slower day.

Looks more like a parakeet than a chicken. Do you happen to know the name of the tune playing?

They probably told us during the tour but I don't remember. I have a link to the music house museum website in the description I bet if you sent them an email and asked they could tell you.
