IIRC, both are from the Ranma 1/2 anime TV series. Hong Kong and Taiwanese media recycled a lot of anime music back in the 80s and 90s.

They're about even. Eh.

Twilight had better special effects than DB:E. And I couldn't even see Twilight's effects until I saw it on Blu Ray.
