MaZEESam you dolt. The AYCC is funded by the FYA, more than 80% of whose funding comes from the Gov't of Australia and the Queen's Trust. Some supplemental funding comes from a hodge-podge of corporations via their charitable foundations for the tax write-off. This is a PR initiative brainstormed on Madison Avenue and replicated in a handful of countries. There is nothing "organic" about this. These schills are just unpaid marketing tools / government finks; not activists.

"activists" aren't funded by governments; real activism is organic and grassroots, not organized in a brainstorm by a PR agency, funded by a public outreach division of a government ministry ... it's unbelievable there are this many dupes and morons in Australia to fill-out this room ... nice job reciting talking points, though - next time your ministry handlers should hire professional actors who sound a little more believable
