How does one even begin to understand these strange but beautiful movements? Are there books I can read, to gain an introduction into the obscure and ancient martial arts of China?

that monks pushing power is in the belief that his disiple has for his teacher. on finger zen a good tech, but lets move into modern frames of thought, much of chinese martial arts have been compromised by tradition. that disiple could drop the old man if it we not for his respect for his teacher. there are many masters (whatever that means) out there who hide behind flaky students and folk lore to call them selfs masters. Good on these oldies for keeping it up, the woman has the best form

randy couture would own him

fists of the undead......decayed fossils

yes, and he died in 1985 , since then no one mastered that style but many people did that before him

That monk is Handan monk the only one mastered 1 finger zen. His fighting skill is uncomparable.

That monk can push like no one I've ever seen.
Doubt Randy Couture can even do one push-up at age 79. This monk can still do one finger stand up side down. And, ring fighting is not the same with survival fighting...guess we will never know until they meet.

fantastic to see so many great masters gathered together, love the fact that there were so many young kids there to observe and learn from the old masters, it's a great pity that there are people leaving comments here that don't have the first clue what they are looking at.
