Current affairs using "Entrapment" tactics. That so called accident was a set up & never happened there. They were trying to get some footage to back up the new laws that had come into place around the mid 90s when the toothless Tow Truck Directorate was set up after VicRoads handed the responsibility to them. How do I know? I have been involved in towing in Melbourne for 27 odd years driving. They have had the allocation/roster system in place since 1st September 1982 & it works quite well.
