  • ATPs are best referred to as energy bonds, molecules containing Adenine+Ribose/Adenosine with 2/3 phosphates.

    Now, when the Adenosine contain only 2 phosphate means it's catalysed(catabolism) which produces energy. While Adenosine with 3 phosphate plays a role of Anabolism(formation of energy). When one of the phosphate is removed (catalysed) it realeases ENERGY. So, this video is saying OXYGEN+catabolism produces more ENERGY, due to more ATP produced ^_^ leaving anaerobic producing 3 atp w/o O
