Well I have started counting calories now, as part of my plan to reduce my body weight.
My range of calories per day is 1500 to 2200.

@Hunbun29 you have to eat more, it isnt healthy eating in that range of calories.

Good plan. Only thing I would change is reduce the calorie intake at dinner as that's when the body is mostly inactive.
Seems to me like dinner should be less than lunch.

hey man great video! I just wanna wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals. I started to count calories 3 weeks ago and i have already lost 10 pounds. the best part about counting the calories is that not only does it really work unlike fad diets, but it also has allowed me to finally quit smoking cigarettes as well because now my mind is occupied with counting the calories, and being as healthy as possible.... good luck mate
