I tried it this morning and could only make it to three cups instead of the full quart I am so glad that I stopped there that stuff completely cleaned me out til there was nothing but water..... HOLY MOLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's ok to tone down the flush (I did 500ml instead of 1000ml)...should work still.
