Im sayin, thank god we got Ellis and not Dorsey, Ellis is becomin 1 of the best DT's in the NFL.

It's funny looking back on this now and remember how all of us Saints fans wanted the local boy Glenn Dorsey, but ended up with Sedrick Ellis. Now Sed is turning into one of the best young DT's in the league while Dorsey is rotting away in KC; it's not entirely his fault since they put him at DE, but still.

i think he can be a complete 3 down DT,a quick/smart/physical DT who can play all 3 positions from 3-4 NT/DE,i think he will be the next bryant young/warren sapp type,those guys were so good they play 14 years and had like 90 sacks,thats rare for DLINE

the deal for Dorsey would have cost an arm and a leg man. Plus Ellis and Dorsey were neck and neck for awards and honors last season for best DT in college. Ellis is a steal.
