MASSIVE PROTEST HELD AGAINST JMC , R&B , JDA, ERA LED BY MR. SUNIL DIMPLE IN JAMMU CITY.JAMMU CITY.

The massive protest Rally Slogans raised against demonstration, held the effigies of the JMC Jammu municipal corporation burnt in protest against the failure of the JMC to come up to the expectations of the people of the jammu city and for Imposing taxes on the traders and on the houses of the people.

The large number of traders prominent citizens also joined the protest against the Govt. for the worst sanitation condition of the Jammu city.

Addressing the Protestants Sunil Dimple alleged that the corporation is imposing various taxes on the traders and the on the houses of the common man, which we strongly oppose and will intensify the fight on the streets soon against this move of the corporation and will not allow the JMC to impose taxes on the people of the state.

He said the JMC is responsible for the worst sanitation condition of the winter capital and the JMC is also harassing the innocent traders by lifting their business goods forcibly and let loose the reign of terror on the traders.

Dimple alleged that the adulteration in the eatables is at large in the markets in edible oils, milk sweats, and the Desi Ghee and even synthetic milk is being sold in the market and the Municipal Corporation administration is hand in glove with the adulterous.

Dimple further alleged that complete reshuffle transfers in the corporation is required at the earliest as all the developmental works under the ERA falling under corporation of lanes , drains, roads has stand still. the land grabbers, encrochers, illegal constructions in the city are being encouraged by the municipal corporation.

Dimple said the work of multistory parking's, installation of the traffic signal lights is being delay due to lazy administrators in the JMC corporation.

He further alleged that all the street lights on the main roads and in the lanes are not working in the dark chilly nights and the terror of stray dogs is at the peak.

Sunil Dimple Coming down heavily upon the Frequent statements of the chief minister Omar Abdulla on holding the ULB, Munsipal Corporation election he said the people do not want corporation election as there was no development took place in the Jammu city when the Corporation was in place from 2005 to 2010 .

He said the corporation election, can not be held in the state and Jammu region as the voter lists are incomplete Lacks of photo Identity cards have not been issued.

Dimple said the Corporation election can not be held at any cost at least for one year unless the ground work is done of the reservation policy of the municipal wards have not been adopted properly and the delimitation of the wards have not been done properly and there are many more formalities which have not been not completed yet to hold corporation elections.

Dimple alleged that Omar Abdulla by the statement of holding Corporation is just simply a tactics of the Omar Abdulla to keep his party workers flok together and "UNDER HIS Feet" as he knows his National Conference can not win corporation election in the Kashmir valley and the party has no base in the Jammu region.

He also demanded the chief minister OMAR ABDULLA and the PHE Minister Taj Mohidien, to immediate roll back the increased Water tariff "JAZIA" which a poor man is unable to pay. He said intensify the agitation against the wrong policies of the Govt.

Dimple also strongly criticized the failure of the PWD, R&B, ERA, Traffic departments, Jammu municipal corporation and JDA against there failure to solve the rising traffic problem, in the winter capital Jammu city, Region, and particularly to the people of Jammu "west constituency".


He held the MPs, MLAs of the parties responsible for this imposition of the Jazia on the poor people of various taxes on traders , houses, the drinking water who remained silent as they only talked for the rise of their salary and benefits only during assembly.
