If you want really big arms, the triceps is much more important than the biceps because its a bigger muscle and it responds better to training for most people. The scooby press is a great triceps exercise you can do at home and despite the name, you dont need a bench to do it - you can do it right on the floor with either a straight bar or an ez-curl bar. You really need to watch your form carefully on this or you will end up working shoulders or chest insted of triceps so I cover proper form in detail in this video.   • Hey Folks, I made a big mistake in the title of this video so I've changed it. This exercise is not a CGBP, its my version of a CGBP which is substantially different. Naming it that caused a lot of confusion and concern. This is a GREAT exercise but its nothing you will find in any book so I've called it the "Scooby Press". This exercise is done with far less weight than a CGBP

  • thanks for another great exercise im going to try this. i love triceps they are my favourite muscle to work, i have also seen alot of progress in them since i started, it does my head in when people exagerate biceps, triceps are bigger muscles they make your arms look cool. :)

  • I think you should show it from the side next time too. I'll try this the upcoming monday, seems good. And also, if you do a wide bench press grip then you also work out your triceps a lot too, right?
