ebay is awful these days, they don't care about buyers OR sellers they just want your money. my husband was a great seller for many years and since taking a promotion at work hadnt had the time for ebay so his star rating went down and now ebay will only let him list 5 items per week! isnt that unbelievable? he did nothing wrong.. no negatives . but because ebay wasnt making money off my hubby they didnt care for him to be a seller anymore. we should boycott ebay altogether lol

Actually, I just addressed this issue with eBay and they said they are NOT issuing refunds through PayPal anymore for fake MAC. They said the problem is too widespread and this is one of several items they will no longer stand behind. Nice to see that eBay is standing up for those that have been wronged huh? I reported several eBay auctions with obviously fake MAC cosmetics. eBay should remove those listings according to their listing guidelines and guess what? They did nothing. Sad.

@natesmom2244...Yes, you are right. They told me the same thingn 2yrs ago. We get it straight from the manufacturer. They only allow certain people to have contracts with them. My partner is one of those people. We are very blessed to have this connect. We can not get everything, as they have limitations on what we can sell. We do get the basics though. Studio fix powder, lipstick, lipglass, eyeshadow, eye kohl etc. Enough for you to run a great stay at home business. You may order samples. =)

@natesmom2244 they did the same thing to my step dad pretty much. ebay is a horrible place. i sold some mac lipstick on their, and I know they where real for a fact and the chick tried getting a refund because she said they where fake, im like no they arent but ill give you a refund when I get them back from you in the mail and she accused me of giving her the wrong address twice and got ebay involved. I was like wow. I still kept the money though because I never got the lipsticks back.

ffs no one cares what the eyeshadow is called, stop trying to move it around. if you want it to show the name, get a better camera..ie: one not built into your laptop.

@mstaylorjames It is a scam. They are trying to pass off who knows what makeup as MAC, by counterfeit packaging, etc telling people it's MAC. It's not a bargain if you are getting something you didn't expect or want in the first place.

@sweetietweetie15 The problem is that whoever is making and distributing fake MAC, using the logos and packaging styles and trying to copy them exactly is a forgery, dupe, infringes on copyrights, they take advantage of people, entrapment in a way. It is a legal and moral issue more than it has to do with "makeup is makeup".

@silk4me I can understand them not giving refunds anymore for fake MAC. Honestly, I do think the issue has been widespread and a lot of people should know about it by now not to buy MAC from eBay. I mean, someone could type in "Fake MAC eBay" and I bet so many articles, videos about the dangers of buying MAC from there come up. And there's countless vids about it right on YouTube.

CLEAN YOUR ROOM!!! You didn't get scammed LITTLE GIRL. you got a bargain. MAC product is good, but not worth "scamming" women with their excessive prices.
