An Obama voting mayor ignored his own evacuation plan and at the last minute told Obama voters to go into a totally unprepared facility, the Superdome.
When all h3ll breaks loose and the Obama voters point their finger at some guy 2,000 miles away and say it's because he hates black people.
The conservative mayor in the conservative city Houston had their stadium well prepared there was back up electricity, fresh water, cots, medical supplies and emergency personnel.
Imagine that.
