COMM 203 Speech 4

A rebuttal for Speech 3 in COMM 203 at Texas A&M University. Speech 3 centered on enacting an open parking policy that would allow for two (and only two) distinct permits: resident and commuter. Speech 4 focuses on refuting the three major flaws with the policy as perceived by the class. It was a little off the cuff and, what can I say, I was in a good mood :-)
