On Friday, June 27, Kurt and I went to Tompkins Square Park to hang out with these fellas (and gals). These are really amazing people. When I was growing up in Virginia, I always had this fantasy of what life in The Big City would be like--and it included scenes such as these. That's Kurt in the first frame there, the legendary Moon Fire in the pink top halfway through, and Keisha, the "leader" of the New York Radical Faeries at the end, posing with the dude in black.
