Too bad the dreamcast was a disk based console so I can't get the games to work. Good thing I can still get some street fighter action almost anywhere.

Well the extra modes i.e. world tour are very important. They give endlessly more replayability. Also, the JP Saturn version is near arcade perfect from what I understand.
Only thing not good about it is the price! :(

From what I understand the Saturn version is.

@kratoskillmachine How so?

the PSP version is the best version of alpha 3

@darknight068 sfa3 looks better on ps2? If not, i'd prefer the dc version. Who cares about sfa1 & sfa2, they're both backwards.

@mysega What part of Street Fighter Alpha Anthology did you miss? It was localized for PS2 a couple years back or so and is probably the best arcade to home conversion of SFA3 or SFA3 Upper (which is what the DC game is) that you'll ever get your hands on. Arcade perfect gameplay, and the ONLY version to have arcade accurate graphics. Consider that SFA, SFA2 and SFA2G (with the remixed soundtrack) are also part of the package, and the DC release is obsolete unless you need world tour mode.

@darknight068 Allright. Stay with the japanese Saturn version. To bad that all the text in the game are in japanese...

@mysega Nah, Alpha Anthology destroys this if for NO other reason than the fact that it's actually arcade accurate. DC A3 had so many problems that nobody could use it for arcade training.
2D fighters on the Dreamcast KICK ASS!

This is the best platform to play it on if you have a arcadestick.
