I count over 60 on a single arm, I know how you feel, as fucked as it sounds, sleeves will be your staple for a while. No one understands the scars, leading to more wounds. I never got better with others seeing it, let me save you 5 awkward conversations by saying Just wear sleeves everywhere. It got me this far.
