@Kyubi888Naruto The exploration aspect is part of what makes ZX feel more complete. I agree though, Z2 was the better game in the Z series, not because it has a stage select but because it is the better game overall.
Anyway yeah, you can have model X always if you beat the game with both Vent and Aile.

Ah, so you have to explore like in Megaman Zero. So far, in the collection I've only played Megaman Zero and Zero 2. I like Zero 2 better because you can just transport to the stages, and so far (I still haven't beaten 2) the areas you complete don't disappear if you mess up (those bombs were so whack).
Is there a way to get be more like X, like in this intro stage, because I've seen other vids and later you seem a lot like Zero. I need a big buster shot lol.

@Kyubi888Naruto I don't know about anyone else but I give this game 2 strong recommendations. Overall, this game feels more complete than the Zero series. Your first time through this game will be tough because of the map not being very good, However, I think of it as an excuse to explore. Additionally, on Hard mode, the game provides a real challenge with no cheap moments to speak of. There is also ZX Advent which, imo, isn't as good as ZX but not counting story of that game, comes close.

This actually looks more fun than Megaman Zero Collection (just bought that 2 weeks ago). Do you give this game a strong recommendation?
