If the WTC was destroyed via demolition, how did the charges survive the plane impacts and how did the perpetrators know exactly where the planes would hit the buildings?

At least FIVE linked orgs DID OPENLY PUBLISH suggestions/ideas aka preliminary plans that a horrific attack on US soil was NECESSARY to launch military operations (war) & transformation VITAL to imperial domination and "interests". Marvin sat on the board of the Kuwaiti-owned company which provided electronic security to the World Trade Centre, Dulles Airport and United Airlines. The security company, formerly named Securacom and now named Stratesec, is in Sterling, Va.. Its CEO, Barry McDaniel, said the company had a ``completion contract" to handle some of the security at the World Trade Center ``up to the day the buildings fell down."

You proceed to provide not a single solid scientific rebuttal, only administrative bickering and personal political bias. She resigned saying it had nothing to do with physical chemistry/chemical physics. Yet she has a thorough background in physical chemistry/ chemical physics, as well as with explosives. She also has extensive connections to the defense industry. These facts suggest more of her stretching the truth and resigning under pressure than due to incompetence or indignation.
