It's fine if you distrust my math skills. Since even if i was wrong, i have other sources to verify it. Up until 2011 Bush policies was 59% during obamas first period. Notice that majority of the time no one can point out what programs cost what during Obamas period? They simply say "6 trillion" and no more. For example, we know that the most expensive policy under Obama is American Reinvestment and Recovery Act. Even non-administration policies makes up a bigger % then Obamas policies.
