Wrong wrong wrong! When cutting the foil you should always cut on the lower lip of the bottle opening. This will prevent the need for wiping and potentially adding contaminants to the opening of the bottle and changing the taste of the wine.

Thank you very much for your video. It's a life saver! ^.^ I needed red wine for the meal I'm cooking and can't open it. Bought a corkscrew and didn't know how to use it.
