I don't understand why people always diss this album.. I truly believe it's their 3rd best album.

@witham06 the problem with the album is that it ended britpop. not because it was necessarily bad (i do love some of the singles) but because the edgyness was gone and it was more focused on a love story rather than the working class man as definitely maybe was, with morning glory following up to it. its not a bad album, but it was a turning point for the band caused by a change of the times.

i love noel to bits hes a legend and my idol..
but his judgement is wrong..
he always said be here now was a big mistake and the worst album he did..
its amazing!!!
i dont care if thers solo's every few seconds its rock n roll..
this is what every album should be..
high paced, high fueled, straight forward rock :)
