Comet Elenin "Imaging Sequence" 20110717 GRAS-004 by Francis

Here is the ride-a-long video of tonight's imaging from the Global Rent a Scope GRAS-004 on Sunday July 17, 2011.

I posted some processed images on my Facebook profile like I always do right away. http://www.facebook.com/fuzzywashere You have to be logged into facebook and be my friend to see them though; sorry.

The skies were clear for tonight's imaging. Each night that goes by there are fewer telescopes that will slew that low to the horizon to catch it. I exposed tonight's images 300 seconds each in hopes of getting a better light return and better picture.

You ride along on tonight's imaging sequence. I know you may not know what's going on but I try to get a lot done in a short amount of time whenever I am using the scopes to shoot C/2010 X1 Comet Elenin.

You're clearly capable of using a brain and I like fact that you make these videos and express possibilities and dont think its completely off the wall, but i've been listening to this banter for much too long. Doomsday has been just around the corner for centuries.
