i don't think ava got enough suport from juan to be vice president and i belive there was foul play in other words i belive her death was speeded up becuase the military hated her a lot of high society hated her becuase of her being a fatherless child her background they held that against her which was not right thise is why i hate people becuase everyone is always so judgemental of peoples background or financial status!

this partner and country build their own political ideology just like Marxism,Lennism,Maoism...!!

@GoddessofCoruscant it didn't leave that out. It states that Peron would shut down newspapers (like La Prensa) if they criticized his administration, and that railway worker Felix Luna said he was jailed and tortured for supporting a railway strike. While the Peron administration did do this, I don't think Evita directly tortured opponents as you claim. Rather, she turned a blind eye.

@GoddessofCoruscant FUCK YOU
@GoddessofCoruscant Oh sweetie please advise or better yet, list the historical evidence that Evita was responsible in the torturing of these people... I would love to see it.... blaming Evita for a police force that stepped out of line is like blaming Michelle Obama for the police brutality that happens in your country... and trust me sweetei, police brutality is alive and well in the good ol US of A. Many have tried to blame her for it but only the blind actually believe it.

Military violence and press censorship was common back then here. They should have stopped it. But Evita wasn't responsible for it. I don't think she was really THAT powerful as though to stop that. Perón probably was, I do believe it was wrong. He was a Military man and he did have totalitarian tunings; that was not good in my view. He was not perfect, but I stand with my position that he was the best till then. It was much worse during the military dictatorships that would come later on.
