This is because of a action replay code which replays your 3-lap run so it basically copies your ghost. There is actually a site that you submit your times either PRB or Non-PRB and you compete with other players. So yeah this video is basically proof for the players page(that's where you submit your times). If you want I can send you the website.

lol why does every mario kart video show 0.00.00 at the end of the race it shouldnt show that I get pissed off when I look at this PRB thing because I am lethal without prb I have a lot of good records and if I knew how to do this they wouldnt be very competetive records. Anyway nice vid you are very good.
